DUNGEON TOUR
PRODUCER
Dungeon Tour is a project currently in development by Tequila Works, defined as a midcore cooperative party game for up to four players. Players must manage a horde of tourists in chaotically generated dungeon-like environments, cooperating with the rest of the team.
The visual style, narrative, and gameplay are built around dark and absurd humour, in a conceptual mix between Overcooked and Dungeon Keeper.

WORK RESUME
- From Conceptualization Phase to Production
- Initial project planning for Vertical Slice, team assembly, and resource allocation by myself. As partner only had time to review.
- 2 scrum teams working in parallel with 1 producer each
- Scrum Master of 1 Scrum team focused on gameplay mechanics
- Designers, Programmers, Artists, Animators, Testers
- In charge of sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and reviews
- Prepared delivery artefacts and milestone submissions
- For external communication and stakeholder management, I acted as the main point of contact when partner was on holidays.
- Overview of one external Playtesting sessions in Barcelona
- Tool usage:
- Jira: Project management and issue tracking, automation for Scrum ceremonies and dashboards for production data analytics reporting
- Confluence: Documentation, Note meetings and Pipeline creation
- Slack: Team communication
- Google Workspace: Roadmap, Scrum team definition, Milestone Feature lists
